The farm is located in an area that stretches from volcanic highlands to coastal regions, and the natural energy of the surroundings is so close that volcanic ash even settles on the coffee leaves.

I only learned this information later, but from the taste alone, I got impressions of blackberry and a bright, clean Valencia orange.

The powerful environment where the cherries grew in volcanic soil is clearly reflected in the final cup — a flavour that truly makes sense.
