As the year comes to a close, we are excited to introduce a unique initiative inspired by the traditional Japanese New Year custom of osechi. With this special set, we wish to bring you good fortune and happiness as you step into 2026.

Osechi is a traditional Japanese New Year’s meal served in a box (jubako), with each dish symbolising wishes for health, prosperity, and happiness. In our reinterpretation, we’ve created a set featuring eight different coffee selections, each sourced during our visit to farms in Panama, Costa Rica and California in 2025. These coffees represent not only their unique flavours but also our meaningful relationships with the producers and the stories behind each origin.
